I am so excited to be sharing this session on the blog today! A few weeks ago I did my first-ever maternity session (woo!) for one of my friends and her husband who are expecting their first baby in just a couple short weeks (double woo!!). The whole day the shoot was scheduled for, the forecast was calling for intense rains and thunderstorms. We decided to take our chances and try to get some pictures in anyway, and I am so glad we did! The rain held off just long enough to take these pictures, and *just* as we got in our cars, it started down-pouring. PHEW.
