I am so excited to introduce the newest member of the Jenna Brianne Photography team…
Everyone…meet Chloe! This sweet lady joined the JBP team as a second shooter a few months ago and it has been such a joy getting to know her. Chloe had reached out to me about a possible mentorship shortly after I had posted about finding a permanent team member for my 2018 season. We met for coffee, chatted photography/life/Jesus, and after just getting to know her for a short time, I knew she would be the perfect fit! She’s super sweet, so talented, and makes people feel so comfortable and welcomed around her. I’m honored to have Chloe as a second shooter for this 2018 wedding season and I can’t wait to see what the future holds for her and JBP!

1) Please introduce yourself and tell us a little more about you!
Hey! I’m Chloe and I was born and raised in Lancaster, but I currently live in State College where I’m attending Penn State! This fall I’ll be a junior majoring in Communication Arts and Sciences – I love what I’m studying, but know that my true passion is photography… I’m also a Young Life leader, textbook extrovert, people lover, and follower of Jesus.
2) What first sparked your interest in photography?
I think I first realized I loved photography the summer after high school when I started doing random photoshoots with my friends. Over time, I remember being more and more excited any time I got to have a camera in my hands. Now it’s become my main creative outlet, a way to serve and love others, and one of my absolute favorite things to do!
3) What draws you to wedding photography in particular?
I think wedding photography is SO exciting because it’s such a celebration of love. I can’t think of much I would rather do than take photos of couples on their most special day – it’s a really unique blessing to get to capture emotions and images that couples will look back at and remember for decades to come.
4) Outside of taking photos, what do you love to do?
I probably spend almost 98% of my life in coffee shops (kidding…kinda). I also love reading, watching New Girl, petting any and all dogs, thrift shopping, and consuming a borderline unhealthy amount of pad thai.
5) What are you looking forward to learning and growing in this year? (Can be photography or anything else!)
I’m excited to learn more about the role of a wedding photographer on the big day, and specifically to learn anything and everything I can from Jenna because her talent is unreal… I’m also really excited to grow by pushing myself to take risks in both photography and just life in general.
6) Super important question…what’s your go-to order at Starbucks? 😉
Mmmm usually a plain cold brew, but if I’m feeling fancy a cinnamon dolce latte for sure!
