Samantha & Austin//Cork Factory Hotel Wedding

I’ll admit I was a bit nervous about my first wedding back after having baby Jude. After not having photographed a wedding day for three months, I was scared I would be rusty and that I would spend the day worrying about my baby and how he was managing at home without me. As excited as I was for Samantha and Austin’s beautiful wedding day, I was nervous about leaving Jude for the first time since he was born.

From the minute I walked into the bridal suite at Cork Factory Hotel, though, all of my nerves were gone. Samantha and her beautiful bridal party were so incredibly sweet, and I could tell this was going to be such a perfect day. The details were stunning, the ceremony and reception spaces were designed beautifully, and the love and joy shared because Samantha and Austin was just so evident (and the joy, contagious!). They didn’t let a little rain impede on their wedding day plans, and the rain even added a cozy element to the day. A crazy, fun dance party filled the dance floor and they partied all night long. It truly was the most perfect day.

Samantha and Austin, it was such an honor photographing your wedding day! I am so incredibly thankful for such kind, genuine couples like you two. I wish you two all the happiness in the world for your future together!
